PYF Run Coaching Marathon Packages

Everyone’s reason for running a marathon is different, whether you are taking on your first marathon, looking to complete a marathon for personal achievement or to achieve a personal best I can help you achieve your goal.  Whatever your goal is having someone to support you is a key to achieving that goal.

During the 4 month build up I will coach, support and hold you accountable to help you reach the start line in the best physical and mental shape possible.

All my packages include a bespoke 16 week plan based on your target time designed to fit around your life and the number of times you are able to run each week.

Through continuous feedback and communication together we will evolve the plan as we move towards race day and beyond.

PYF Run

Marathon plan - 4 months
£ 70 Monthly or

  • Bespoke plan based on your goal provided in coaching app
  • Feedback provided on all sessions in coaching app to keep you progressing
  • WhatsApp messages for support and accountability, we all have that time when we need someone in our corner.
  • Nutrition guidance for fuelling, recovery and race day, to make sure you are getting most from your training and fuelling on the big day.
  • Fortnightly 15 minute 1:1 check in call to review how the plan is going and keep you on track.
  • Weekly online runners circuit session to get in that all important cross training which all runners should be doing.
  • Bespoke home workout progamme to support running

PYF Run Plus

Marathon plan and strength plan - 4 months
£ 100 Monthly or
£380 single payment
  • Bespoke plan based on your goal provided in coaching app
  • Feedback provided on all sessions in coaching app to keep you progressing
  • WhatsApp messages for support and accountability, we all have that time when we need someone in our corner.
  • Nutrition guidance for fuelling, recovery and race day, to make sure you are getting the most from your training and fuelling on the big day.
  • Fortnightly 15 minute 1:1 check in call to review how the plan is going and keep you on track,
  • Weekly online runners circuit session to get in that all important cross training which all runners should be doing.
  • Bespoke home workout to help build you into a stronger runner and help prevent injury.
