My Run and HIIT sessions take place in Swinley Forest, which is an amazing and beautiful place to run.
All sessions are based around fun and the runner getting the most out of each session, covering warm up, mobility, technique work with drills, intervals and body weight exercises to strengthen the body for running, an example session below;
Sessions are very social and fun, suitable for all abilities of runners, come along and try a session.
